What permits and paperwork do I need?

Most Himalayan routes require a TIMS card and a national park or conservation area permit. Our concierge team arranges every permit on your behalf once your trek is confirmed.

How should I prepare physically for high altitude?

We recommend building cardiovascular endurance for 6–8 weeks beforehand. Every itinerary above 3,500m is built with proper acclimatization days, and our guides monitor for altitude symptoms daily.

What's included in a bespoke expedition?

Private guiding, premium lodging or camping, all in-trek meals, permits, and airport transfers are included. Flights to Nepal and personal gear are the only things you'll need to arrange yourself.

Can you tailor a route to my group's fitness level?

Yes — every consultation starts with your group's experience and pace preferences. We can extend acclimatization days, add porters, or swap teahouses for private camps as needed.
